Practical Experience in Aged Care

In my journey as a disability support worker, I have expanded my expertise into aged care through my work with H1 Healthcare, a registered NDIS agency. Working across morning, afternoon, and night shifts, I gained firsthand insight into the daily routines, activities, and care requirements of elderly residents. This experience has allowed me to understand the unique needs of each individual and provide consistent, personalized support that promotes their well-being.

By immersing myself in various schedules, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of aged care operations and the practical skills required to assist residents effectively. From helping with morning routines to providing attentive care throughout the day and night, I have witnessed the positive impact that dedicated and thoughtful care can have on the quality of life of elderly individuals.
